Catherine Turner

Catherine Turner is a Red River Métis woman and a trauma-informed, Indigenous-certified coach whose work is deeply rooted in lived experience, cultural knowledge, and a lifelong commitment to supporting Indigenous individuals, families, and communities. With more than three decades of experience across diverse Nations and community contexts, Catherine brings a rare blend of professional expertise, cultural humility, and heart-centred leadership.

Her coaching practice creates safe, grounded, and empowering spaces where Indigenous leaders can reflect, heal, and grow in ways that honour their identity, lineage, and teachings. Catherine’s approach is guided by relational accountability, respect, and a strengths-based worldview, upholding Indigenous ways of knowing, being, and doing. She integrates trauma-informed wisdom, community-based experience, and a deep understanding of Indigenous contexts to support clients.
